Adrenal Cocktail

There are many ways to make an adrenal cocktail. Still, as a general formula, it must include at least the following:

  • 375mg of Potassium
  • 400 – 600mg of Sodium
  • 200mg Magnesium
  • 60mg of Wholefood Vitamin C

Here’s the simple adrenal cocktail I like to drink every day. Usually I drink it during the morning.

Simple Adrenal Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or two oranges
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream tartar

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients into a glass. Stir to combine (use a small whisk or shaker).
  2. If making your orange juice, make it first and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.

Collagen-Rich Adrenal Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice, no sugar added
  • 1 cup plain coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream (from the can)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 scoop collagen powder

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. 

Sparkling Adrenal Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain coconut water
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a glass. Stir to combine (use a small whisk or shaker).
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
