And one of the best ways to ensure that your adrenals are in top shape is to regularly consume minerals in the proper ratios. And this adrenal cocktail recipe does just that. For this drink to support healthy adrenal functioning, it has to include a combination of sodium, potassium, magnesium & whole food vitamin C.

There are many ways to make an adrenal cocktail. Still, as a general formula, it must include at least the following:

  • 375mg of potassium
  • 400 – 600mg of sodium
  • 200mg of magnesium
  • 60mg of vitamin C

Here’s the simple adrenal cocktail (first recipe) I like to drink every day. Usually I drink it with my daughter during the morning, before or after our morning walk.

  • Simple Adrenal Cocktail
  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream tartar

  • Collagen-Rich Adrenal Cocktail
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup plain coconut water

  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream or raw cream

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1 scoop collagen powder

  • Sparkling Adrenal Cocktail
  • ½ cup orange juice

  • 1 cup plain coconut water

  • ½ cup sparkling water

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar


  • Place all ingredients into a glass. Stir to combine (you can use a fork, a small whisk or shaker).
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
