Simple Adrenal Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup orange juice or two oranges
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cream tartar
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients into a glass. Stir to combine (use a small whisk or shaker).
- If making your orange juice, make it first and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
Collagen-Rich Adrenal Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice, no sugar added
- 1 cup plain coconut water
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream (from the can)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 scoop collagen powder
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Sparkling Adrenal Cocktail
Ingredients
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 cup plain coconut water
- ½ cup sparkling water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt.
