Mineral LemonadeCourse: beverages
Juice of one lemon
150 ml spring or filtered water
150 ml coconut water (replace for water if you don’t have coconut water available)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cream tartar
1 tablespoon coconut sugar or raw honey, or sweetener of choice.
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (supports digestion)
10 trace minerals drops
