Ingredients

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 150 ml spring or filtered water

  • 150 ml coconut water (replace for water if you don’t have coconut water available)

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp cream tartar

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or raw honey, or sweetener of choice.

  • Optional
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (supports digestion)

  • 10 trace minerals drops

  • Ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend it all together.
