Hello, beauties! I wondered if maybe you are like me and enjoy training your body, but due to your lifestyle today, getting to the gym sometimes gets pretty tricky. Well, in my case, being a full-time traveller has made me figure out routines of exercises that I can do from anywhere with no equipment needed. As I want to maintain my fitness as much as possible during my travels, my regular training now includes functional movements with my body weight. And I like to prepare a no-equipment full-body workout routine. So in today’s blog post, I’m sharing a workout mainly covering all muscle groups.
I have been doing this routine three times a week (plus my yoga practice and my hikes in the mountain), and I noticed that it had helped me quite a bit to maintain myself strong and in good shape as I experience a nomadic lifestyle. So I hope it might work well for you too! Plus, the location I filmed this video is so pretty. I’m in the mountain of Bagsu in Northern India.
Let’s kill it!! Sending you love,
Pia
No-equipment full-body workout routine.
The workout is an AMRAP, meaning As Many Rounds As Possible of a set of different exercises. In this case, there are four groups: abs, legs, arms, and glutes, composed of four exercises for each group. The total workout takes 20 minutes to complete per day and is designed to do on two different days:
- Abs and legs (circuits #1 and #2) work on the same day, twice a week.
- Arms and glutes (circuits #3 and #4) on a different day, once a week.
When you try it, make sure to:
- Do the warm-up (same for every day).
- Set the timer on the phone for 5 minutes.
- Do as many rounds as possible of circuit #1.
- Rest for 2 minutes.
- Do as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes in circuit #2.
- Stretch (same for every day).
Repeat for circuits #3 and #4, but on a separate day.
Ready to workout? Great! Here’s the video!
Warm-up starts at minute 1:30
