Golden milk is one of my favorite hot beverages to drink during the winter season and I would dare say that this is the best recipe for golden milk! Actually, I learned to make it while traveling in India when I was studying Ayurveda (bringing me such lovely memories).
This beverage is made mainly with turmeric, which is perfect for cold days, as it has been linked with fantastic anti-inflammatory properties (I did a video explaining some of the benefits of this spice, find it at the end of this post). Also, golden milk is excellent to drink before sleeping or as a calming-promoting relaxing drink.
I hope you love this recipe as much as I do!). Let’s start.
