In this 1:1 meditation coaching program for beginners, I will teach you the basics of meditation. I will also show you various enjoyable hacks to easily learn to meditate and breathe consciously, which you can apply at any time of the day.
This program aims to give you the necessary tools to form a foundation for your daily conscious practice, encouraging a consistent practice by adding the element of accountability (I’m here for you!).

Frequently asked questions:
How many months should I invest in learning to meditate?
Depending on your level, we recommend you to take the program for two or three months.
Do I need to know anything about meditation?
No, if you have never meditated before, you will learn the basics from the beginning of this program.
I have already been meditating, but I would like to go deeper. Is this course only for the inexperienced?
Not necessarily. As it is a 1:1 personalized coaching, you will learn techniques that you might not know before. For that, there is the previous interview where we’ll talk about your personal goals.
Do I need to buy any additional equipment?
Not necessarily. However, as additional equipment, we recommend a candle (candelabra if necessary), mala beads necklace, meditation bench, cushion or yoga block, earplugs, stereo, neti pod, almond oil dropper, incense and or essential oils.
Do I need to know how to do yoga?
No. The practice of yoga asanas (poses) is not required for this program. However, we will do some very simple stretching exercises.
How much time per day should I invest?
We recommend between 10 to 20 minutes per day, at least 4 times a week.
Are all meditations guided?
No. At the beginning, I will guide how to do it, but the main idea is that you learn to meditate independently.
