This is a delicious recipe source of vitamin C, sodium, potassium and healthy sugars to hydrate yourself with minerals, supporting this way your muscles, thyroid and adrenal glands. 

It’s a great recipe for the summer and for the whole family.

Mineral Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Juice of one organic lemon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cream tartar
  • 1/2-1 tbsp coconut or raw sugar, or raw honey.

Optional:
– 1/4 tsp turmeric
– Fresh ginger, grated (supports digestion)

Preparation:

  1. Blend it all with high quality water, if possible (spring is the best!) and some ice cubes.
